RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To request a return, please contact us at talk@berniti.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item, unless the item you received is incorrect, damaged or defective.

You may inspect and handle an item as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at talk@berniti.com, including your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate solution. Where the item is incorrect, damaged or defective, you will not be responsible for the necessary return costs.

Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for return where an exception to the applicable right of withdrawal applies. This includes, in particular, products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, please contact us at talk@berniti.com. Where a return is applicable, the simplest option may be to return the original item and place a new order.

European Union right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at talk@berniti.com within the applicable period. After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw.

The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility. 

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will process the applicable refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

When you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by applicable law. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw, subject to the conditions above.
